Dolphins@Steelers Game Day Thread...

Alright I'll get this started today as we are only about 4 hours or so away from kickoff. When you look at this game from top to bottom and factor in the key injuries Miami has on defense especially in the secondary and factor in the below zero temperatures the Steelers really have no business losing this game.

This Dolphins defense stinks right now and there is no reason why Ben and this offense shouldn't put up a ton of points in this game and win fairly comfortably.

Won't be able to text during this game. Too cold to dig the phone out and take the gloves off.

 

Yeah just said to the wife man I feel so confident it makes me scared. We should blow these guys out and it shouldn't be a game and if we can't what should I expect going to KC? I know one game at a time but man we are home, we are healthy(knock on wood) and well the Dolphin aren't healthy!

All signs point to a blow out but that is the scary part. Also so many Dolphins fans have come out this week and are talking smack...not gonna lie I talked back and that usually is not a good sign.....

 

I'll be on a frigging airplane for most of the game.

No Tebow-ing, please. I'd hate to get escorted off an airplane for MFing.

No reason except the other team is paid to play as well. No givens in today's game. Just play the way they are capable of and things will go the way we want them to. Anything else get out the heart medication.

 

Was looking at my Facebook feed and the memory that came up was the TE bowing from 5 years ago. It's redemption Sunday time to get that loss out of our mouths and payback on the Fins.

Good points. They are banged up and since forever we are actually pretty darn healthy to make a run. Gotta say though even if the Fish were not banged up we would still beat em. . They have turned the corner and are playing great ball at this stage in the season

 

Anyone watch the Texans game yesterday? I was working in the basement and had the game on my phone although admittedly wasn't listening. Seemed like their defense was cranking up may have a shot at roughing TomTom up next week.

 

Houston's defense is real. They lost a safety to a hamstring. Their offensive line is JV however. If they don't turn the ball over AND the quarterback can make several good throws, then they can at least keep it close and lose on Brady's last minute touchdown.

 

You know they make gloves especially for texting/ smart phones?

 

I think it is a long shot to go into Foxboro and upset them but if Watt and Clowny can beat him up that will make me a happy camper.
