Does it really matter?

I think Maye is going to be excellent. And I think Vrabel will set a great tone as the head honcho.

But if they don't start drafting better...it may not matter all that much. Maye, Gonzalez, and Campbell. That's not a lot of impact guys out of several draft classes in a row. At some point that is going to matter as the Patriots attempt to enter the upper echelon of SB contenders.

Now since the Steelers are still climbing into mediocrity...yes, the Patriots will beat them annually for a bit.

I have not lived in the Burgh since 1973. I live where Pittsburgh people come on vacation at times. In 1980 I'm driving down the road and I see this big ass camper painted black and gold with "City of Champions" painted on the side.

Owners probably painted over it in the 80's
