How can a guy (QB) who hasn't yet played a down in a real NFL game already have a nickname? Did you two go to grade school together or something?

He is not injured, his body is breaking down. Think how many times Ben has
been hit over the years. It adds up,please Steelers no extensions for #7

He was worse early on last season, and that was with Bell. I'm frustrated, too, but the Chicken Little act around here is a bit out of hand.

Maybe he really is done. Or maybe it's just another slow start.

lol, we will see in five games how you guys feel then. I'm sorry to give you guys the bad news but the Steelers with Big Ben will lose against, JAGS< KC< and Brady!! No one wants to face the facts regarding Bid Ben. I love the Steelers but loving them and watching them lose because of a bad QB. The Steelers have not won a Superbowl in 10 years gentlemen. Go the sleep on that and whose been their QB for the last 10 years.

Chicken Little, you really need to work on your writing skills. Roethlisberger is bad and that is why they haven't won a Super Bowl in 10 years? Keep that in mind when he gets his gold jacket.

The fact is that Roethlisberger has been among the top 10 quarterbacks in the NFL all through those 10 years, including last season, when he rebounded from a slow start. It is possible this time the decline is real. Or it could be that he is starting slowly again, though not that slowly. He carried two pretty good offensive performances against the Chiefs and Bucs.

I agree with this part of your post, but Roethlisberger is a HOF QB and has put up some great stats over the past 10 non-Super Bowl winning years. He could quit today and still most likely be first ballot.

Watching Patriots destroy the Colts. Everybody is knocking the Steelers D, but the offense blows complete chunks compared to Patriots offense. Damn....the Steelers suck.

Yep... and what a waste the Steelers are! So many years and offensive talent squandered with crappy D draft picks and poor coaching. At least in the 80's and 90's... we knew the Steelers lacked talent in key areas. There's no excuse for this current state.

They played a colts team with 7 players out, and the colts still scored 24 on them, lets see how the pats do in their next game oct 14 against the chiefs and then play that swarming bear defense in chicago, tough sledding ahead for them in their next two games....

Gordon, Gronkowski, Edelman, Michel... the weapons keep piling up for Brady.

The chiefs have a few weapons arguably a lot faster weapons than brady, and the bears had 6 TDs in their last game so they have a few weapons them selves plus a number 1 defense, the big tests are coming for them...

The Bears had one big game offensively. They hadn't shown anything resembling that type of production.

Your take on the Patriots makes me wonder if you have been watching football the last 15 years.
