Do you think the Steelers will ever change their playing style?

    They’ve went through a whole new offensive roster, new GM, 4 OC’s and their offensive philosophy is still the same. It’s the HC or owner who’s holding this team back.

    Tgey actually pass less than the Steelers. As do the Eagles and the Packers.

    In 2020 Steelers were second in the league for passing percentage. I’m not sure that suggests “stuck in a certain way of playing.”

    So some of this is eye of the beholder stuff.

    I think the points about Cover 3 defense are valid though, more creativity needed for the talent there.

    NO, not going to happen because daddy started a tradition and no one in the family is going to change anything. That also includes the head coach. They obviously satisfied with being mediocre and that is it. They prove it every season.
