Diontae Johnson to the Ravens

Didn't here what they gave up to get him but the Ravens offense looks really explosive right now.

 

Not the first time Hairball grabbed an ex-Steeler for secrets.

 

Ravens got Johnson and a 6th round pick and only had to give the Panthers a 5th.

 

That's not much to get a guy who was supposedly "WR1" a year ago. Lol.

 

Now we must break him. LoL

 

The better point is having DJ isn't going to matter. Lamar has gotten much better this season in terms of throwing the football. However, his indecisiveness still remains.

 

Nice trade Ravens I think Diontae still has only one catch .

 

Seeing some reports that Johnson was placed on the reserve / suspended list by the Ratbirds.

 

He was not a bad receiver for us. What the sam hill happened

 

Dionte is on the verge of losing the only NFL record he will ever hold, his 87 receptions without a receiving TD in 2022. Trey McBride of the Cardinals currently has 89 receptions with 0 receiving TDs.
Two caveats- McBride still has 3 games to score a receiving TD. And McBride has scored 2 TDs this year, one rushing and one on a fumble recovery.

I guess for DJ it is better than last week when he was suspended without pay. At least he is going to get paid this week.

Once again say what you will about Steelers organization… when they get rid of someone like Diante Johnson their careers are over

I saw that. ****, I thought the Flying Rodents still had him. Who has the former Steelers WR record for being dumped by the most teams in a season? I think AB and Dionte may share the record at four teams.
Weird that the Steelers have uncanny luck with WR but could not draft and develop a d back to save their souls. I hope JPJ defies that history.

 

You had an opportunity in 2 places to actually be winning play off games, just shut up, do 60% of your best Steeler crap and you would likely fit in. How far and quickly he fell.
