It took years to get out but I eventually read a story about when Jack Lambert was a rookie Dwight White threw a jock strap at Jack and Jack immediately physically attacked White

Not giving DJ a free pass...Yes Kenny has not been good, but let's not forget DJ is about as consistent as our punter.. If he had a so called real quarterback throwing him 12 balls a game , history has shown he'd drop 5 of them.. JMO..His inconsistencies do not make him a top receiver in this league, therefore he should not be a cry baby

Perhaps, but there was one player Noll or Joe did not want to deal with. When it came down to cutting Ernie Holmes the notice kept getting shoved down the ranks because no one knew how and wanted to around when he reacted, lmao. That's legend stuff and honestly cannot remember what interview I heard this on decades ago, but this supposedly happened to some degree, Holmes was not the guy you wanted to upset. lol

No the same DJ that just ran backwards

Try and blame that on KSP

Damn Pickett dropped another TD and then just stood there and didn't try to cover the fumble either.

    Kenny sucks.

Someone needs to tell DJ that he hasn’t earned the rights to be an arrogant as$. AB did and the team put up with him. DJ is second stringer on many other teams

Off the field is one thing. No effort on the field is unacceptable

That's about as bad as it gets.

    No effort at all.

    He doesn't run a route.

    He doesn't block.

He sees a fumble and doesn't try to recover it.

He doesn't try to tackle the defender that is running down the field.

He slowly walks directly to the sideline with no effort for his team at all.

    BUM.

A fight in the locker room isn’t directed at the coach. Noll probably laughed at the lawsuit.

That's bench worthy material right there

Show that in film study with the whole team present and make DJ explain himself in front of the whole team. If he wants to blow a gasket in the locker room, he better hold himself accountable for his own shortcomings.

Honestly after today I wouldn’t be upset if I never saw him in a Steelers uniform again.

Old Arrowhead, a few bricks shy of a load. Dan Rooney probably spent alot
Of money up in Mahoning county when Arrow head went on the shooting spree. Maybe Eddie Debartilo helped out with the cops up in Youngstown!

100%. I was livid watching that live. Like wtf you dropped the ball suck it up and get your arse in gear for the next play. 100% he wouldnt start next week to send the message. Assuming this gets swept under the rug and this is why they will always have these kinds of problems with coach T. I’m betting no reporter even asks about it. 3 its a pebble in Tomlin’s shoe!!

DK asked him about but Dionte played it off. DK said Dionte came up to him later to explain further and say he didn’t see the ball pop out.

Not buying it particularly since he basically didn't even put an effort into the route on the play or even attempted to block anyone.

Agree, considering he said he was doing his thing blocking. At best he is totally self absorbed.

I watched the Tomlin presser and didn't hear anyone ask about that, where did you see them ask him about DJ??

In Defense of Minkah, he is what many would call an "Old Soul". Dude doesn't BS nor put up with it either. Diontae's frustrations regarding the Offense all season (up until today) have been duly noted. I cannot imagine how Diontae felt during the loss against Cleveland...

... I can also not imagine why would picking a fight with someone like Mink be such a good idea.:hmm:

Just a thought but shouldn’t DJ be paying attention at the very least

I’m starting to think DJ is one of those 100 watt bulbs that only run on 14 watts

They sort of look shiny but they just aren’t as bright

I know this is mostly about Johnson, but I love how Fitzpatrick has stayed involved while he has been out of the lineup. I love even more that he was a full participant in practice yesterday.
