Difference between Bell and Burfict's suspensions?

Just read an article where Bell was able to attend team meetings etc... Just can't practice/play. Another article i read said Burfict's keeps him completely away from the team facilities except for medical treatments.

Are these just random stipulations then NFL tacked on or are there guidelines?

Brady has the same suspension terms as Burfects. Don't know how they make the rules on the suspensions.

 

If that's the case and clause, I'm sure there is an awful lot of treatment going on.

 

Bell's suspension is for being an idiot, Burficts is for being a piece of $**t repeatedly

I'd have phrased that as "Burfict's is for never not being a piece of $**t in his entire life."
