Kordell was his own worst enemy. An incredible talent as slash but then deep in his mind he thought he was an elite QB and that was his biggest downfall. He wasn’t terrible but if he would have stayed in his early role he would have been better throughout his career.

 

How so? How many playoff wins does Justin Fields have? How many conference championship appearances? Last time I checked: ZERO
