Got to admit he is making a heck of a case for himself to make this team. He's come on strong every time he's on the field, plus he's got height that we don't have in A. Brown and Sanders. Its going to be interesting to see how many receivers we put on our 53. I don't think there is anyway Moye makes it to our practice squad if we let him go, he's shown too much to be overlooked by other teams. And seems like some teams are going to be hard up for WR depth this season. Anyone think we might go 6 WR on the 53? I can see that playing out, but I still think we go 5 (A.Brown, ES, Cotchery, Wheaton, Moye). I am hopeful we can sign J. Brown to the PS, and I'm up in the air with JD Woods, hes shown some talent too.

if they go 6 WR somehow, my picks are A. Brown, Sanders, Wheaton, Cotchery, Moye, and J. Brown.

if they go 5 WR, i'd probably keep Moye over J. Brown, but i'd really like to see the last pre-season game before i decide one way or the other.

Moye and Ventrone made some money yesterday. Like to see young undrafted players play hard.

I'm torn....if they keep only 5...its between J Brown and Moye at this point. I like what Brown has to offer and think he has some solid upside (plus he's a draft pick). Moye has gotten peoples attention lately because he's been thrown the ball a lot in the last 2 games. It close...but my gut just says go with Brown. It'd be nice to have seen these 2 in with the starters and see if Moye can do just as good.

Moye has shown a "fight for every yard" mentality when thrown the ball. I agree that to date he's been impressive only against reserves, but his determination alone gets him my vote.

    Tough call, though.

I like what I have seen from Moye he has some size which the other receivers lack. Maybe we can keep Moye and Justin Brown and carry 6 receivers put Brown on the practice squad.

Don't say that Jack please??? Ha-ha
Last time we said that it was Limas Sweed. Don't want that happening again.
But I do agree with you, just don't tell anyone I do.
    Superstition don't ya know?

Moye is the only one with size left on the roster. It would be nice to see Ben able to throw a high ball every now and then and have a receiver that can reach for it.

Got to have at least one tall receiver. He has been playing good, and needs to make this team. I would keep him and J Brown over Cotchery.

Well, he outlasted Gilreath. That`s a start, I kinda like the idea of keeping him, and trying to put J Brown on the ps...
Although, with the guts he`s shown, it`s not a given, that he wouldn`t be picked up by someone else, either.
    GO STEELERS!

Justin Brown is still on the team. hes only 2" shorter. Moye has seen a lot more playing time and has made the most of it.

Didn't realize Brown was 6' 3", keep them both, we also need them in case Saunders has a great year and ask for Wallace money, then walks next year.

Great to see a local(Beaver County) young man do good, Moye I am guessing he makes the final 53.I believe he was a state HS sprint champion when he was younger, then he went to PSU and I lost track of him, I'm a Pitt man. Cotchery and Moye 4 and 5.

Very much doubt they'd cut Cotchery.

Tradition says Moye gets cut, disappears then re-emerges on some other team, usually playing his best game to knock us out of the play-offs or something.

Here's to hoping they break with tradition and keep him on - very impressed with him so far.

    Cotchery isn't going anywhere.

Moye looks great after the catch. Looks elusive as he dodges tacklers. The only things that play in J. Brown's favour is that he was a draft pick and he looks to be a bit better of a run blocker. Still, Moye has outplayed him and from what I heard had a great camp.

I've liked Moye all along as the #5. And if we were going to keep a 6th, although its for ST reasons, I would keep Dunn over J. Brown.
