Day 2: who still interests you?

    You're absolutely right. A desire to play more man, must inevitably lead to more 1 gapping up front. A hybrid approach allows them to evolve to more 1 gap, while not dumping all the 2 gap technique they've installed with the Dline they've been building.

    The biggest thing for me, is having your best players on the field. We already have 3 DL who should be on the field together (Tuitt, Heyward, Hargrave), and adding Poe would give that unit an excellent rotation (as Tuitt and Heyward can play 1,3, and 5 tech).

    Everytime we go Nickel and leave 1 of those 3 guys on the bench in favor of Jarvis Jones type players... it's not in our favor (Ezekiel Elliots TD run is flashing before my eyes... WRONG GAP JARVIS!!!!!)

    Bringing in Tyson Alualu is a sign that we're trying to fill all the holes that can be filled. If he can be brought in at a reasonable cost, then the d-line hole is filled.
