    Yeah he fits

Poor tackler and best in press coverage. That would be the opposite of fitting what we do.

lol I don't know which is more amusing... the fact that you think a blog from 2012 is relevant, or that you don't understand the Slot position.

Here's the same blogs assessment that Jarvis Jones may be the best pick of the 2013 draft:
    https://fifthdown.blogs.nytimes.com/2013/04/29/why-jarvis-jones-was-perfect-pick-for-steelers/

Hey look, Le'veon Bell doesn't have good vision to find cut back lanes:

    Keep digging... you're doing great.

Got a funny feeling the Steelers will make a move with this guy, he fits their style in corner free agency, not very expensive, average to below average. Not sure he is much if any upgrade over Cockrell. The jags secondary was horrible last year. Coughlin is cleaning house and getting rid of everybody who didnt produce.

We wouldve had him on the bench anyway for the season and then cut him. These coaches/scouts need to rethink or how about this...re evaluate themselves in choosing /playing cb's.

Agrees to a contract with the Packers while standing in the Steelers lobby. Is that what the team is good for?

Reportedly a 1 year, $3.5 million deal with the Packers.

So with the money given to House and Cooper, Im guessing they just didnt feel they were a good fit after meeting with them? Or even that little mount of money wasn't worth spending on them?

Yea, that would seem to be the case. We're not talking big $$$. I'm not disappointed in the least that we didn't splurge on one of the high-priced guys, but I would have liked to see us land one of these two guys (preferably Cooper). Oh well. There's still a lot of offseason yet to go.

Indeed. Besides, with a little over a month away, the draft is often, if not always, the best way to rebuild or reload after each season.

Right. We're basically looking at post-draft camp cuts in a couple of months, I suspect.

Have to say the House move to accept the GB offer while in the Steelers lobby was a douche move. Hope he walked back to GB.
