I lived in Denver when he was the coach. I worked at Lewan and associates on Colorado Blvd. There was a fast food place right next door. Went in there for lunch and saw him standing in line. He shook my hand and said thanks for being a fan! He was a nice man.

RIP to an underrated figure in NFL history. The most impressive thing about Reeves has to be needing a quadruple bypass but putting it off to finish out coaching a season. That seems a crazy level of determination to me.

Not only a decent coach, but a pretty good ball player for us folks
that are old enough to remember.

I always had respect for Dan Reeves. He was a straight shooter in a sometimes sleazy business.

Very underrated coach. 4 Super Bowls with two different teams is pretty damn impressive. Class act all the way. RIP Dan Reeves

Reeves was an excellent RB for the Cowboys, he could run, catch the ball out of the backfield and was very good throwing the halfback option pass.
