Why do you think arthur Smith needs another top WR?

Please stop with this nonsense. There are two, sometimes three receivers on the field. They have one who actually threatens opposing defenses. Khan dropped the ball by not getting another receiver, especially given how cheaply the Chiefs are getting Hopkins.

In Tennessee his number two WR was Corey Davis. Thats better than anything we have.

Austin is fine as a number 3, they need someone better to be the #2 guy. Van Jefferson is a warm body.

Yup. Fifth-round pick that can become a fourth rounder, which is very cheap. Hopkins was easily the best available option left, one who could make it harder for opponents to double Pickens and make them pay if they do. He also seems like he would have been a perfect fit for Wilson.

Even worse, the Chiefs got the help they desperately needed with all their injuries at receiver.

Seriously, what the hell is Khan doing?

So you're ignoring the falcons offense, eh?

I don't get wrapped up into believing the media. I would like a better #2, but it's not glaring. So far we've had 2 games of over 400 yards, while how many did Canada have?

Arthur in Atlanta #2 WR was his #5 in receiving.
Heck the first year with arthur their TE was dominate in being their #1 WR.

Sure, I would like a better #2 WR, but I'm not crying we need one. we've had two 400 yard games so far this season vs Canada never had one in his career here.

Y'all get way to much into what the media is saying.

Seriously that was the dumbest reply I ever saw . He just wanted to sound smart.
So, you're not familiar with his offense ? He likes only having 1 good option to throw to. He prefers lousy receivers.

Better than the Ravens being unstoppable is my only consolation. I'd rather the Chiefs win every year than the Ravens winning once.

As I said above arthur doesn't always operate with having #2 WR like y'all want him to be. He's had 2 games of 400 yard. When he was with the falcons his first year hours top dominating receiver was their TE. His last year his #2 WR was their #5 in receiving. As for the titans he had a #1 and #2.

I would like a better #2, but it's not a glaring issue. And not one to go into debt with kupp (unless tams want to eat that contract and him restructure). Mike williams i think is a better possibility.

I think we saw just a little bit of that Sunday night. Both Muth and Washington getting more attention is really what moves Smith's O. Could we use a better 2 WR, sure, should we trade a high pick for a 10 week rental, no.
