Cutting Leaves

To lighten the mood... Anyone else spend 3 hours cutting " Leaves " ?

 

I live on the top of a hill

God blows my leaves away

Nice looking dogs

 

Of course he does lol... You get all the breaks!

 

These leaves you speak about, what are they?

Just a rental

 

I cut my grass 3-4x a year and have way more leaves than I'd ever want to pickup. I pay someone and they are done within an hour with their crew when I'd be spending 20+ hours doing it. F LEAVES!

 

I'm surrounded by trees. I f around with leaves from late August till Thanksgiving ( and more of them come spring that get stuck in all the landscaping)

I mow them, rake them, blow them, suck them, even and have a Cheech and Chong burn on them, then I'll have to go in the house and poop and wife will yell at me while I'm on the pot about the yard being on fire or something. You know how it goes....

This year the leaves out lasted the Steelers playoff chances.....

 

This was just the other day. Decided to take the boat out. I live on lakes Sinclair in Georgia. I used to live in Pittsburgh for school.

I live by the same lake near the country club and Anchors Marina. Small world.

We have no trees in our back yard but the neighbors do and their leaves fall into our yard. They feel so bad they come over every year and rake them up. I keep telling them I don't give a sh!t about the leaves but they keep doing it.

 

I just let the leaves blow all over the neighborhood since our Mayor decided that the city will no longer collect them even though it is paid for through increased taxes.

 

Yeh, I gotta get on the damn leaves myself...my neighbors are complaining!!!

 

Hell No....I let the leaves lay.....they protect the ground from the winter, and absorb as great feed for the yard.

 

What's that green stuff on the ground? Kinda looks like grass. we're not allowed to water enough here to have grass that looks like that. No trees in my back yard either. The neighbors have trees though.........palm trees.

 

Unless You live somewhere You have to get them up....they are better for Your yard to just leave them....Get it leave them. LoL.

That's not a very long song, and it seems more about Facebook post no longer being available

 

Had someone today want my house for $700,000. That's almost 300,000 over what asking price would be. My wife came out like the flash and told them hell no and to get off the lawn.

So I'm now feeling stuck and that my dreams to going to Montana won't happen.

My neighbor to the west of me has a forest. Takes me three weeks to burn all his leaves after my son and I pick up at least a 500+ walnuts from my own trees. Wouldn't have it any other way living in the country.
