People keep posting that, but they could have kept both. I would have much rather seen them expose Gilbert or Allen than Roche.

 

Even so, Green's liability vs power rushers was evident in practice and in preseason games. Canada will have to coach around that.

 

yea they could have. i liked roche and those long arms. with ingram here the numbers didn't add up. they may have been a little gun shy from last season without inside backers and allen being hurt, it was a no brainer. i think one less d-lineman could have cleared like mondeaux.

I actually think they are going 2 use him in the slot , or something 2 that nature.

 

They weren't going to keep 5 OLBs on the 53 though.

 

They need six ILB on the 53, but can't have five OLB?

 

I'm not that worried about losing Roche, he wasn't going to play this year, Jones outplayed him.

 

But nothing really to indicate that they'll be good in a year. Okie is who he is, a not very good OT. Turner is probably close to being done, Banner hasn't recovered from knee surgery in a calendar year.

Moore shows some promise, Green does in the run game, but gets bullied in pass pro.
