basically a for-fee autograph/photo op session with various players.

I signed up for everyone (Steelers) except Ben. He is 2x or 3x many... no photo ops, $195 min signature fee. Plus 80 or 90 for a personal. That's nuts... I have things signed by him already for much less than that.

    Franco
    Rocky
    Hines
    Jack Butler
    Timmons
    Wallace
    Mean Joe
    Dawson
Sanders (Emmanuel! D is there too but ya know I only bleed black and GOLD!)
    Bettis
    Brown
    Heyward
    and Big Ben

Oooh I see. Yeah I dont waste time for shows like that paying the kinda money some want. I get them for free be it during training camp...toy drives and other free or dirt cheap events.

I would never pay some athlete to sign something.

For me its not just "paying some athlete to sign something". Its an event. I take my son and he gets to meet one of his heros. Take pictures. When I'm dead and gone he still has the memories and the item to remember them by.

I don't have kids.. so it's for my own darn good memories. I have work for something I guess.... :)

You won't see Butler, Franco, Rocky, Mean Joe all that often...

Anyhow, was just curious if anyone was going. I'm going alone.. wife is not going.

Uhhhh, paying for something you really wish you could get for free? We are talking autographs here, right?
