Couple odd no calls

1. on Ben's scramble

Why no PF? Watched him slide then jumped on his ribs. Wasn't like he was committing to the tackle before the slide.

2. Claypool's PF for pulling player off pile

Why no offsetting? What was that guy doing besides trying to jump on the pile after the play was over? Then the attempted punch?

Just bugs me when I see some other QB's get all the protection in the world and crap like that happens to Ben and no call. Also, with the Raiders complaining about the Ravens hitting their receiver and no calls, how much you want to bet a call happens against the Steelers this week at a crucial moment?

I was thinking there would be a flag on Ben's run. It did not seem too significant on the replay though.

In recent memory, I can't recall anyone on D taking cheapshots like the Raven's were. Mitchell used to be good for a few flags.

 

I think Claypool hit the player in the nuts.

 

Harris also took a late shoulder after an incomplete pass. It was cheap and should’ve been flagged.
