So you don't care but yet felt compelled to enter a thread with the title "Could Jarryd Hayne help in Pittsburgh" and offer you thoughts on the matter. Hmmmm seems counterproductive but hey what ever floats your boat.

Yeah you're right nothing special here, much better to keep those PS guys or sign Jones because this guy just doesn't get the game and never will

Buh-bye, buh bye now, what was it I was suppose to tell you, oh that's right nobody cares buh bye.

Funny thing, my boss is a Kiwi (New Zealander), a big rugby fan, but knows doddly squat about American football. But he constantly tell me about Jarryd Hayne. Did you the big punt return he had? Hey, how about that decent run he had on Sunday? Maybe he's a good project, but what do expect to develop from a 28 yr old guy who's just now learning NFL football, in a league where 30 yr old RBs are washed up?

I also don't know what to make a thread this long for some marginal guy that some distant team cut. Do you suppose there are msg boards for other teams drooling over the prospect of getting ahold of Dri Archer?
Or does this board skew heavy with Rugby fans?

Hayne is a feel good story. It's cool that he never played American football before and was able to not only make the team, but actually play on the field. I can understand why people would want to get behind someone like that.

Do I think he could help us? Maybe, I don't know really. Would he be a better option that what we have? I personally don't think so, but what do I know? I would pass if it were up to me tho.
