    Greetings from Europe :)

i watch the games on Game Pass on my IPad, one question from a guy who has never played American football himself BUT on that play where the tight end/running back from Dolphins Lines up against Cortez Allen for a big catch and a gain itsnt that like a big humiliation for Cortez Allen ???? Like a WR runs over a 260 LB ??? Just a question....?????????

    thanks..

Not really. I mean, generally speaking, if a DB gets torched by a receiver, yes- it can be humiliating and shameful. On that play with Clay though, it was a very well placed sideline pass and Allen made a decent play for the ball. The main flaw for Allen on that play is that he gets outsmarted at the line of scrimmage and doesn't lay a finger on Clay, which is not what you want to see in that type of man coverage.

I think the bigger embarrassment for Allen was the pitiful attempt at a tackle on Clay later in the game that allowed a touchdown. Him and Troy both should be ashamed.

Allen isn't a LB, he is a DB a lot smaller than a tight end
