Who are your ideal OC and DC for our squad.

 

DC- Wade Phillips. We should wrestle him away from the Rams
OC- Hope the Chiefs fire Andy Reid.

 

DC- Jim Schwartz or Dan Quinn. Either or would unlock more uptapped potential for the front seven and either both can mesh with Tomlin's ideal blueprint for his own take of the Tampa 2.


OC- Anyone but Haley. Like seriously. Vauge I know but this aspect is already being dealt with.

 

Quinn is still the HC for Atlanta, isn't he. Maybe I missed a firing??

 

Honestly everywhere Gregg Williams goes his defenses turn into beasts.

Browns are going to have a very good Defense in a few years.

I'm fine with Haley, and our Special teams guy. I remember we used to have to worry for years about kick off coverage. It has been great the past few years.

 

OP asked for ideal. OP did not state currently.

 

Now that Bruce Arians has retired again, it is time for he to unretire again and take over his duties as OC. Maybe Ben talks him into it.

I'm all for Jack Del Rio as DC. We need a fresh take on defense. Butler's poor man Lebeau scheme just ain't cutting it anymore.

 

Del Rio be an awesome guy to have come in. He did great with the Broncos Defense.

 

Haley doesn't have a contract and reports are that Randy Fichtner will be the O coordinator

As far as Butler I will be surprised if he is let go although I would be for it. Numbers aside, I look at the eye test, lack of development. Lake and Porter should be gone and even John Mitchell's seat should be hot. I would give Jerry O a pass.

The Del Rio idea I can get behind. Like said, a fresh approach.

 

But his defense with the Raiders regressed bad. Even with Khalil Mack.. I still think he'd be a good DC though.

I'd rather have Joe Woods, Denver's current DC. But I think he's been retained. Helped forge that "No Fly Zone" as their DBs coach

 

I'm on board with Lake and Porter getting the heave ho. Porter especially.

 

How about Mora...I know he's had his issues but heard him on the Herd today and has a ton of knowledge
