I think this captures it well. Much is being made of the depth chart, which it has already been pointed out isn’t even accurate because of how it lists the LBs.

I am sure this is a non-issue for anyone who is connected to the team. No one on the team is sitting around and scrolling through the posted depth chart…..

I have to disagree that it has merit - it’s full of Madden’s speculation, including the tired story about Pickett refusing to dress. It’s all conjecture because he is filling in the gaps with what he thinks is true.

The entire article is based on his theory that Rudolph has been disrespected. If Rudolph was so great then why did he have to resign with the Steelers to be the 3rd QB. Don’t get me wrong, Rudolph has had a nice string of games, but let’s not get the gold jacket ready for him.

 

Meh . Tomlin should just have shrugged off anything about a QB1 and said it would be determined at a later date.

Madden is sitting somewhere soaking in all the attention and “clicks” he is getting for this nonsense. He’s like the sports version of Jerry Springer (antagonize people, generate viewership, sit back and watch the fireworks).

It’s great how people are debating how others might or might not feel about the posted depth chart. We are reaching new lows.

Outside of the start of the season, I don’t think I have ever gone back mid-season to look at the depth chart of any team.
