I’d start Benny. See what he can do with a full week of prep, why rush Conner back.

Rush him back or don't rush him back, at this point does anyone expect him to make it through a game without an injury? In general I tend to reject the claim that a player is injury prone but man is it hard not to think that with Conner coming up limping seemingly every time he gets tackled or even just runs the ball.

You can shut off that light. Benny Snell is running away with his job.

I'm still trying to figure out why he was screaming at his Oline coach after getting knocked down after his usual 2 yard gain.

I wasn't even sure he was injured last night...I thought maybe he just got benched. He wasn't doing anything and Benny was having a great game. I say stick with the hot hand.

You'll all be sorry when he goes to the Jets and the duo of Conner and Bell rum rampant over the AFC.

At this point I would say just to let Conner hand players drinks during timeouts to help Keep them hydrated but I don't even have faith that he won't tear an Achilles doing that

Snell has already earned RB #1. Gotta roll with the hot hand. Conner will be more effective as a #2, IMO.

He was definety upset about something after that run. I thought is was more directed towards the OC for the type of run plays the were calling. Very conservative with mis-direction plays that weren't working with very little running room. It does help the run game when your QB opens up and starts to throw more, then teams can't stack up against the run.

I'm not sold on either one of them. If this offense is going to click it's going to have to be thru the air with Ben moving the chains.

Does it matter whether Connor has a high sprain or not? If it's not one thing it'll be another. Maybe he's their best RB, but you can't count on him.

My first thought was he doesn't have a high ankle sprain........ yet. It's only Tuesday.

He’s done in the NFL. Maybe not officially yet. Maybe someone signs him at league min as a backup. But no one is going to pay a guy that breaks his ankle every time he gets tackled by a safety after his 3 yard per carry average.

I like James Connor a lot. I hope he somehow snaps out of this injury bug that’s been plaguing him since he started his NFL career.

I feel for Connor. I would like to see him make it through an entire season injury free. To do that, bench him and start Snell.
