The Steelers get a 3rd...102 overall pick for Bell...Great news!
And how the Hell do the Cheats get 2 3rd round picks...And of course, Both ahead of us smh
How did the Pats manage 4 (two before the Steelers)? Can't say I paid attention to their roster moves..... don't really recall them losing a 2 time Franchised player.
They lost Trey Flowers and Trent Brown in FA last season. They have two sixth round comp picks as well! The Pats and Ravens are masters of playing the comp pick formula.
Thankfully the Steelers pick is in the bag. All eyes on the draft now.
Round 2, Pick 49.
Round 3, Pick 102.
Round 4, Pick 114.
Round 4, Pick 125.
Round 6, Pick 178.
Round 7, Pick 209
Man they are one annoying organisation
Do we trade down a pick in the 102-125 range to fill the roster after tagging Dupree?
Thats great news. I was already bracing myself for a 4th.
At least day 3 will be fun.
They're even more corrupt than they are annoying. Their fans are the annoying ones.
I like the 3 picks...In 23 total picks..." Hopefully " we hit on some great value
We got minka and Bush though. Bush 3 picks, minka just one. Hmmmm
I love Devin Bush but man was he expensive. The second and third round picks they gave up to get him would be extremely useful given the cap situation. He will hopefully develop in to one of the best at his position though.
We don't have the 114th pick ( at the top of the 4th ) We have the 134th pick in the 4th
They actually have 124 & 135
FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT!!!
Nah I've been wrong before, And will be again ..Some on here just have to belittle and try to prove someone wrong...Even if they're not
I didn't think I was belittling anyone or trying to prove you or anyone wrong. I was giving the right answer is all.
I don't know what the actual number was of the pick for Minkah and the two picks for Bush but typically a second and third, when added together, are not as valuable as a first. I like both of the trades.
Edited to add the numbers......the 10th pick is worth 1300 points, we gave up the 20th pick (850), the 52nd pick (380), and this years 83rd pick (175) for a total of 1405 points. Maybe a bit high?
Don't forget to add in the value that we prevented a division rival from drafting him.
I understand the value of the trades, I don’t think it was a bad trade per se when you look at it in isolation.
It’s just when you consider that there are holes all over the offence at the skill positions and the team has an ageing offensive line and QB they need every pick they can get. You can get good skill players in the second or third rounds, or a starting guard for example. They lack depth and those two picks they traded away would have been extremely useful.
I agree with that, I was just pointing out that the trade for Bush was probably okay from a value perspective. But as was pointed out by the media when the trade took place, the Steelers haven't used a first round pick on offense in a long time.
It's almost as if we get one or the other, but never a good balance of both.
I know Buddy...I was talking about a certain someone, Who is smarter than everyone, and gets off on it
I'm getting better!!! Honest!!
