Good that you think so as the discussions so far, post game 1, being a tad different of what they were less than a week ago, needs some humor.

I was flicking back and forth between the Pittsburgh and Cleveland Games...

Jones is slow, Extremely slow...In slow motion getting out of his stance...

Watt may have a field day

keep reaching. he didn't throw the ball to the other team. he didn't throw the balls high and behind all the receivers. he didn't let them run wild on the defense and miss tackles. he wasn't on the field not preforming. yea the defense got tired but you can't blame the OC for the defenses performance sunday.

Yea, we all know Canada is perfect and should not be blamed in any way team performance. Got it. Perfect analysis. The D getting zero rest had nothing to do with the O not making any 1st downs. Got it.

True, but we might start closing in on a pretty long stretch of not “suck” but mediocrity anchored but server middle inertia.

That will also keep us from picking high blue chip guys in the draft combined with a lot of poorly analyzed picks in the first round.

TJ is saving the scouting department.

Jones - Couldn’t beat out Dan Moore and that performance we just watched.
    Pickett - unknown
Bush - Bust along with trading for him.
Fitzpatrick - Great trade, but we didn’t pick him.
Edmunds - Yhats hard to not call a big miss as a 1st round grab.

You could go through the deeper years. I think the picks have been below good if averaged out. Some home-run studs masked a lot only highlighted by age or loss.

These kind of smack downs bring out the most negative views and tell a darker narrative of how things unfold in the big historical picture.

We put all this money into the front 7, but they would rather play Nickel and Dime on a regular basis. However, I think Safety and CB, with a few exceptions, are probably the weakest positions on this team.

The Jets needed four gifts from Josh Allen and a punt return for a touchdown to pull that off.

Pickett is unknown, but you want to judge the rookie tackle for not winning a job yet. That makes no sense.

Bush and Edmunds were horrible choices.

Fitzpatrick had been mildly disappointing with the Dolphins and he was developing a reputation as a malcontent. The Steelers knew enough to realize trading for him was a great idea. Scouting is a part of that.

Jets D won that game, pushed the Bills offense all over the field. Never seen Allen look so bad.

I agree....I feel like for a long time we had a very good offensive line, but they all got old together, never drafting replacements until things started falling apart..Defensively they just missed on a ton of draft pics..

Was the D gassed in the first 5 minutes of the game because they got their asses kicked out of the gate.

We have not scored a TD in the first Qtr in 3 years absolutely atrocious play calling and offensive scheme 49ers were laughing at us and begging for us to get a first down because they were so tired on offense

You just make stuff up, and then when you're proven wrong you move the goal posts .

I think you're just joking about the Steelers not scoring a TD in the first quarter in 3 years. The Steelers offense scored 5 first quarter TD's last season plus a defensive score by Minkah against the Bengals in week one.

Why would You go to that when two big running Qbs are in Your division, and You play them twice a year???? There is a reason Watson has never beat us, and Lamar Jackson just did once in overtime against Duck Hodges, and still took a fumble by JuJu, and a field goal kick from his kicker. You win Your division 1st, and worry about everything else later.

Because if your recipe to get to the cook off cant win and you have no way to tweak the recipe then why do it ? Better to be able to win without showing your hand because if you show all your cards and you can't elevate your game then you are doomed to get beat anyway.. This was one great thing about Ben that he really had ,he did have bad games no doubt , but he was a elevate your game type dude in crunch time..

We also had Impose your will type guys ready in both sides of the ball in crunch time.. We simply don't have that anywhere so my take is only show so much get to the post season and bring a brand new game..IMO we are no where near close to having the players who can do it so it is more on the Coaches .. This roster is a lot better suited to out smart and out Coach the opponents as such I like this approach much better..

IMO we would be much better off scripting plays with multiple sets and multiple types of attacks for the first 20 or so plays and then looking at what worked and what did not and then abandon the non working sets and tweaking the working sets.. It's time to throw away the do what we do crap and time to really in brace the we desire to be multiple approach..

Coach 6 or 7 different attacks script it , practice it and then lead with it and fall back on the others in the correct order... We have mad skill ,but are limited in a lot of areas so the best way to use that is to Attack what the other Team is not ready for and what the other Team doesn't do best ..

It seems we feel shame to try and out smart and opponent ? There is no shame in using multiple packages and finding the best one and tweaking it to win the game.. When I Coached we always had multiple attacks and how we approached them was to identify the weakest spots and weakest players ..Then we would look at our playbooks and determine what plays we thought would give them the most trouble. after that we added wrinkles to those plays they had a hard time with ..This is the chess verses checkers of the game I speak of ..They practice to stop that ran like that we practice to run that 'but not how they in vision we will ...

Did it always work of course not , but we had way more success than we do what we do crap..If a HS team can install multiple packages with multple attacks with tweaks and wrinkles how the hell can a Pro Team not do it ?

So the Jets had nothing to do with winning the game on defense or ST. Ok. Thanks. Maybe we can get just as lucky with the Browns.

Please respond to what I actually wrote, not whatever you want to make up. I never said they had nothing to do with it, but they had some help in the form of unforced errors by Allen, too.

No, I don't think I will respond to your request. I like what I wrote and if you don't that's too bad. Move on to critique someone else that will. The End.

Yeah I’m not a Bills fan so thats the worst game I have seen him play

But I know, you watch every game, you say that all the time. Doesn’t matter what team or if college or pros “I watch every game.” You got a lot of free time on your hands.

I was in your boat when I heard that stat Tuesday. They said Allen had turned it over 74 times since 2020 (his runner-up MVP year). I thought Jackson would've given that number a run, but he only has 53 (albeit over 10 less games).

So you are going to stick with making things up instead of posting honestly. I find it odd, but I appreciate your decision to post about your dishonesty so publicly.
