I think they really do need to add some positions on the staff. They said they don’t putting in game plan package until Friday-Saturday.

There’s got to be a reason why. You should already have the barebones of a package ready to go at least the week prior and only have to mix in anything they’ve just shown or any new wrinkles you have on a Monday.

That should get to the players by at least Tuesday and be implemented in practice on Wednesday. That lets the players add anything they’ve picked up on in their individual study and have at least Thursday-Friday.

They have one of the smallest staff sizes.

 

too many new or newer type of coaches brought in and that's not as bad if you have a very veteran team of players. when you have a bunch of younger players and coaches i think it creates problems two fold.
