Coaches already on the hot seat

I wouldn't hire him,,but there are a lot of things done by owners, and GMs in the NFL, I personally wouldn't ever do. Example: I would have never traded for DeShawn Watson. Its in black , and white on this board that I didn't want Him before the trade. Yet a GM, and owner did. They do things all the time that I find baffling, and I'm sure that You do also. None of the owner made their fortunes by running football teams.
