One of these days you might realize that it takes BOTH Players and Coaches to Win a SB.

What if Belicheat Coached the Steelers after Cowher left and won the SB in year 2. Would he have been the greatest Coach or would it have been just because he inherited the players?

And no I’m not a huge Tomlin supporter, but I also know that just ONE person can control whether a team goes to the Playoffs let alone a SB. Too many things can happen like injuries, player execution. You CANNOT place blame on just a Head Coach. All the puzzle pieces have to fit and sometimes the lucky bounce of a ball.

Marc Levy was a great Coach, or was he? I mean he got the Bills to the SB four times in a row, but he never hoisted that trophy. If I remember correctly I believe one, maybe 2 of those SB was because of a missed FG. Point is there is things that happen that the head coach has no control over.
