Talk about being biased against the Steelers!! Is it just me,Or did some of you think Everything he said was negative towards the Steelers? When Pittsburgh did anything positive,You could hear it in his voice that he didnt like it.I hope this Glorified losing Tard moves on from announcing Football Games. He literally made me feel sick to my stomach just listening to him.Steelers had a good year. Diffentley need to upgrade our secondary though.I love the Steelers like we all do. Future looks bright as long as we draft well.Next years Schedule is brutal.Go Steelers!! Hopefully our young guys will learn from this?Wonder if Lebeau stays? I love the Man,But I hope he retires. We need a New look.Something Different. Its gonna be Interesting next year. Just my 2 cents....... Love my Steelers!!

He makes me sick too, but I don't agree that he was biased against the Steelers.

In his defense, it was tough to find positive things to say about the boys tonight.

I don't think he is really biased. I don't mind him. Much better than Sims, Aikman, Fouts, etc.

I much prefer Collinsworth/Michaels over Sims/Nantz...I have to mute the TV when those Steelers haters/Patriot lovers call our games. Ugh.

Me too. I hear collinsworth say good things about us. He has a man crush on tomlin for his tomlinisims
Rooney should put it in the contract he can't do that s**t no more. Spend more time stopping stupid penalties and less making up statement one liners.

I agree...I like Collinsworth, much better than listening to that idiot who thinks that every player that ever made a play is the greatest .... perhaps it's just the " coach " in him, who knows but he's annoying as all hell..?!?

None of the announcers are biased, they're just doing their job like the networks ask them to

have you seen the hand shakes between the two? I don't think he loves them at all. I think he has more class than to go on national tv and blast people.

that's to be respected not hated.

I don't know. I thought is was pretty "un-biased" when Collinsworth said Ben would end up in Canton because of his big play abilities. There's a few on here that thimk he's just average.

Well, I certainly wouldn't go that far, but many of them, Collinsworth included, suffer from momentum bias at times.

I typically don't mind Chris Collinsworth but I have to agree that he was not wanting the Steelers to win last night. It was obvious.

It's not that he's biased. He is at times, but that isn't it. (More accurately, he's a front runner oddly combined with naysayer)

It's everything else about him I loathe. He's smug. Smarmy. He never lets go of a chance to elevate himself above the players on the field. And he'll take any shot he can at a respected player if it makes him somehow look smarter than anyone else in the room - true or not.

And that voice. Make it stop!

Momentum bias, absolutely, but they always do it for both teams. I never hear any of the prime time announcers showing any bias towards one team. What they do is praise the star players, which is often Brady and Manning, and that drives members of this site nuts

That's why I do not like the "talking toads" on any sportscast. They are there for ONE thing....to impress the viewer with their self-importance, ultimate wisdom, and they like to hear themselves. I remember several BONEHEAD plays by Collinsworth when he played for the Bengals....he's NOT the football analyst he thinks he is.....an ANALyst, perhaps.....the media-love given to the Harbaughs is nauseating.

That's really a different conversation. It's not like they're doing that during Steelers games.
