Chokers do it again!!!

I just couldn't be happier! Spanos announced today that they're going to keep Norv Turner AND AJ Smith! The Charger demise continues. Couldn't happen to a better "team" or QB, Phillip, "Alice the Goon", Rivers!!!!!!

 

I'm sad to hear this. I've wanted Norv as our OC since 2008.

 

Norv's a great coordinator but a horrible HC. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results so, congratulations Spanos! San Diego Chargers

Agreed, except I've wanted him only since 2009. Any other offensive minded geniuses out there? Somebody on the Saints roster maybe? I'll take their equipment manager over you-know-who at this point.

The vast majority of people here, that care about the Chokers, are pi@@ed about the decision. Good! This guarantees more crybaby incidents on the sidelines out of Rivers, more local blackouts and raying: raying: a move to L.A. for this poor excuse for an NFL franchise. After years of trying to get a new stadium without putting up any of their own money, there was a rumor of a deal being close in building a stadium downtown. The problem? It would need mostly tax dollars and would only seat 54,000. Only the Chokers would be excited about a stadium that wouldn't seat nearly enough people to qualify for a superbowl!

 

That "loser" has two Super Bowl rings...

 

That's what I'm talkin about. He has SB rings as a coordinator (where he's very good) and as a head coach he's killed 3 different teams!

 

San Diego had already said Turner is not leaving. They canned the D coordinator instead.
