Bring back the death penalty and enforce it within 6 months or even much less. I’d like to see less than 30 days and execute all these criminals. If someone murders someone and are caught red handed then they should face a firing squad within 1 week. Criminals are not worried about consequences anymore and it shows. Our justice systems has failed us law abiding citizens!!!!!!!!!

 

Was discussing the Death Penalty just recently with a coworker. She was talking about a lethal injection, she thought maybe Missouri, that went bad. By bad, she meant the inmate suffered terribly during the execution. Some new method being tried. Anyway, I brought up death by electric chair seems to be pretty brutal itself, and we've been doing that for decades, maybe even a century now. I don't know why society feels like death row execution needs to be painless. They talk of 'Humane Executions'. You are being put to death for crying out loud. What does being 'Humane' have to do with this? Hang 'em in public squares for all I care. Put the diseased animals down. I have a wife, 4 kids, and 2 grandkids. I have no sense of humor for these psychos. !!!

Anyone who's ever had to put your dog or cat down knows how quick and painless euthanasia can be. I don't understand why it has to be different for humans.

 

I don’t know why it has to be different either. I do know I never put a pet down for going on a killing spree. If these ‘animals’ on death row suffer a bit during their execution, it doesn’t bother me though. Hanging, electrocution, firing squad, injection, whatever.

 

Only one question to ask the perps, "Do you feel lucky?"

 

I’d rather these scumbags face a much more painful and lingering death.
