    Yeah I don't want De

Last I checked Football is a team sport and as usual Steelers laid a big ostrich egg to an inferior team, but then again what's inferior about directing your will on a team. The Bear got us we didnt get the Bear.Any given Sunday

To me the question isn't whether Chickillo did what he was supposed to do or whether it was his fault or not the question is why on a 90 degree day Harrison couldn't see more than 3 snaps. Maybe Harrison wouldn't of made a difference late in the game....although I firmly believe he would have. Why did he not even get the opportunity to maybe see what he could have done. He has done some pretty amazing things before that he wasn't supposed to be able to do. Without going back and looking at each particular play to see who' did what I do remember thinking to myself during the game that Chickillo seemed to be lining up a bit wider than where our OLBs usually set up. Maybe Harrison's brute strength and his ability to hold the point of attack is the difference or maybe giving Chickillo a break during the game allows him to do more....idk.
I know the whole ifs and buts scenario.....I guess what bothers me the most is it seems like they never even gave it a thought.....and that opens up the old adjustments argument.....just not today:smiley1:

Ever hear the saying "There are lies, damn lies and statistics?" The above is the latter. So far, we played a rookie QB in his first game ever - who had no play makers, a poor journeyman QB who will NEVER be a legit NFL caliber QB in Keenum, and another just as bad in Glennon. We even faced a RB who could only use one arm/shoulder and still lost. When we face legit QBs and legit teams, our D stats will be diminished quickly.

To be fair, Keenum absolutely shredded the Bucs Sunday. His biggest problem against the Steelers was that they put the pressure on him.

That goes for most defenses. Cowboys were #5 in points allowed and Rodgers tore them up. I never said we would have a 2000 raisins, 85 bears, 2008 steelers D, but it should be improved to give the offense a chance. Our biggest issue is our offense just died out of nowhere
