well good. hemmer did play pretty well at times in the preseason and so did Williams. I look for both to make some noise next year and could be quite worth the wait.

as for munchaks Johnson, he never made it past waivers to reach the PS did he? we just cut him before the jets nabbed him.

Mauro was a guy with potential, but I'm not sure he was the greatest fit for a 3-4. at least in our base 3-4. now in that two down linemen set we run on passing downs any of these three prospects could very well be an upgrade, teamed with cam heyward down the road. well two guys now.

heck I liked the LT we had and lost a couple of years ago. not sure by who or if he's still in the league. joe long was it?

I agree on Williams, Mac. I didn't see enough from Hemer to think he'd ever contribute.

You're right about Johnson...he never made it through waivers.

I was pretty 'meh' towards Long. The Bears signed him, but I'm not sure how much playing time he saw. I don't believe he still plays, though someone might want to fact check that.

I think a lot of people got hemmer and Mauro confused in preseason while watching the games. not that you did, but I sure found myself doing it. hemmer made some good plays as did Mauro. Williams also put a couple of glimpses out there. I think depth won't be a problem next year at DE if da beard retires. he is playing well though. I love it.

I read that villanueve (sp?) has gone up to 330 lbs. and said his days of catching passes are over and he's loving munch. they are very happy with his work ethic (an officer from west point as I'm sure you know). now with him putting that weight on and I see it's not hanging on the front of him, we may have something in house to look at for LT next year. 6-9 330 and can move and is smart and dedicated. OK by me.

PS. the steelers honored him on veterans day and all this week. I want to say thank you to him and to all our vets. you're the greatest! glad you are on our team. :applaud::flag::cool:

Look all you KC haters, he's built two teams with winning records this year!!!

And he's working on Buffalo too.

He's got more skills than you think!

He's saying that Kevin Colbert has built winning rosters for two teams- Pittsburgh and Arizona. The Bills have some of Colbert's talent on their roster, too.

I'm just gonna put this out there. We were dominating. THEN we cut Ethan Hemer. THEN we GET dominated. THEN we bring BACK Ethan Hemer. I fully expect us to absolutely kill it Monday night. I mean there's just NO WAY that this isn't all somehow related. Mark it down. You heard it here first. I will be at the game in my Ethan Hemer jersey. You guys look for me on tv. It will be a historic night.

Mauro is a good hustle guy and works hard, but his physical skills were limited big time. Tuitt and Big Dan made him expendable anyways so I'm not too worried.

Josh Mauro helped the Cardinals to a 9-1 record.

Any chance we can get Bruce Arians back as our Head Coach? :lolol:

He should be coach of the year, he's done an outstanding job, ton of injuries and now loses his starting QB and still wins, against a tough opponent no less.

Palmer only played 6 games. They are 3-1 without him.

Won 6 with him and no losses. I'll take Palmer over Stanton any day.

Don't they have an OC or is Arians wearing 2 hats?
