Well at least Jones was blocking his guy. We could have just have put lawn chairs in place of the other lineman. Warren looks he's saying "Wait where did those 2 guys come from?"

 

Looks to me like they were wanting to do a short pass to Warren on the blitzing side and it failed

There was a time when Qbs were supposed to call protection, and see where the pressure is coming from, but I guess KFP gets a pass for that also. Hell why do we have Him.... He can't call protection, he can't read a D, He can only look for one read, and a check down. Sliding protection is fundamental for a Qb....although some never get it. So what actually is KFP job??? You clearly see half the line has nobody to block.

 

Pretty sure that is Mitch at QB in the photo.

 

I think that is KP’s biggest issue or is it Mason Coles issue? One of them are missing it and they are rarely on the same page. Isn’t that Mitch in that picture?

 

I think it is a combination of coaching, KP and Cole. One thing is certain it has been happening all year. So ultimately it lies with the coaches that it is a continual problem.

Lol, I guess it's a pathology, lot of people in the forum think Kenny is in the same room with them. And I'm not going to blame Mitch for that play.Def probably called a late audible out of a blitz, prob dropped one of their interior linemen out in coverage and either had an effective stunt rush or a late blitzer that overloaded their right side.If anything, lack of communication with the OL. Par for the course with this team.

 

That happens to Pickett all the time….half this board blames Pickett for not standing in the pocket.
