Yes but you clearly didn’t read mine. MayBe if I 2 wRite like tHIs You maY undersTanD.

If someone offers a draft pick for my 3rd string QB then I am taking that every time. You clearly live in your fears though and would take the jaws of life to pry away your 3rd stringer.

I want Pickett to start but if he doesn’t, there is not a snowballs chance in hell it won’t be Trubisky.

If our oline keeps this up, we'll need a serviceable 3rd QB lol

Question is if Mason is a serviceable QB. Any thoughts about the Lions trading for him should be thrown out the window because both of the Lions backup QBs outplayed him

Its almost like the Lions backup QBs had more playing time, which resulted in more opportunities.

Seems he has checked out. No reason to trade him at this point unless a team like Carolina comes calling and offers more then a 6th or 7th. Or just cut him and get the cap savings.

The lack of playing time in this game tells me they know what they have in Mason(obviously) and they have no intention of trading him because they certainly didn't showcase him

Time to move on from Rudolph. Maybe you hold on to him a few weeks to get a trade partner, but his time here seems to be over.

He's expected to be out 4-6 weeks, they also have backup PJ Walker who has been with them for a while.

The Steelers should've brought him in earlier in camp, to see if he has anything left, TJ and Highsmith better stay healthy because their backups :puking2:

15-19...the few incompletions he did have have were 50/50 deep balls...all this , while running for his life every snap, like every snap he's taken this preseason?

Your hate for Mitch / Love for Kenny is blinding you...Next you're gonna bring up some average release time to TRY and justify your argument...

We get it...You want Kenny in, and not Mitch

I may be wrong but I don't think Mitch ran once, so no I don't think he was running for his life. I thought the pass protection held up well for the most part and gave Trubisky time. He either didn't have guys open or he couldn't find them when they were.

It's not hard to see that they're running more timing routes for Pickett and he throws it to the correct spot more often than not. Trubisky doesn't seem as decisive but did throw some pretty good balls.

Again...He was 15-19 , and he threw the ball deep on his few incompletions ( 50/50 almost caught ) ...Were we watching the same game?

And he was rolling out, finding a receiver as soon as he got the snap when the game started...Another Pickett fan boy

I never disputed that. I disputed that he ran for his life. I was referring to the times he held on to the ball a little too long. You seem to think I'm saying he played like crap and that's not what I'm saying.

Hey, it sounds like you were late for the game and missed that first series, where Mitch rolled and and ran almost to the sideline for a sack, and then was sacked again on the very next play.

The first long sack I have no idea why he just didn't throw the ball away, the second sack was basically a team sack as the entire D-Line was in on it.

No, I watched the whole game and I don't consider one roll out and a sack to be "running for his life" the entire game.

    LoL.
1st.....When this was posted He went 3, and out for His 2nd time.....
2nd....... 5 seconds is not having 2 run for His life....that's called not seeing the field. If You read the game day post ....I congratulated him on every great throw, and play...., but We had the ball on their side of the field 3 times....twice given by the Defense, and walk away with 3 points every time....I do believe last year that would have been horrible by most, but everything that was horrible that was done last year....Somehow magically is OK when Trubisky does is....I just don't understand... like 4 of those passes completed where behind the line of scrimmage on 3rd and Long, but as long as Mitch did it ....it seems 2 be ok, but when another Qb does it.....OH!!!!......He won't throw past the sticks.....LoL.....
    Am I lying????
I just like 2 point out the hypocrisy of it all....that's all.....Like I said everyone that followed the game day thread will admit I was rooting, and also cheering for Him when He did well. SO...

It's cool...If You don't know He had Trubisky 2 win the MVP this Year. Just letting You know incase You weren't on the board during that time.
