Cap implications for players that don't make it out of camp?

What are the cap implications for players we sign this off-season that don't make it out of camp. Are there generally provisions in such contracts that stipulate they need to make it out of camp before getting a dime (and therefore have no cap implication?)

Is there some boiler plate language about this? Is it on a player-by-player basis? FA vs RFA? Does the CBA say something about this?

 

if they don't have a sb when you release them you clean all the salary otherwise you eat the sb , base salary become guaranteed only if you play in week one
