Yeah, 7-4 is great. My point though is that we decide to drop games to terrible teams we have no business losing to.

Look at it like this: The Bucs game and Jets game...two games we should have and could have won. Say just for arguments sake we win one of those and now sit 8-3 instead of 7-4. At 8-3 we have the breathing room to lose a more understandable or predictable loss....for example the Saints coming up, or the Bengals or the Chiefs.

    And still keep pace.

Now we really have no breathing room in our efforts to keep pace with 3 other teams

    Damn Pittsburgh divisions!!!!

The Pirates and the Steelers always have to do a little better than most to survive there incredible divisions.

This. The team this week better come out crisp and sharp against Orleans as well as the rest of the regular season, not asleep at the wheel. A slow start could spell another loss. Then 2 road games. One against another pathetic team in Atlanta.

No doubt. It's great being 7-4.

But I think your math is off a bit. 2 bad losses? Really? Manhandled by the Ravens, Browns made us their B*, and we lost to the JETS and BUCS. I don't think anyone can argue those were good losses. (Is there such a thing?) So that's 4.
