Can you see the Jolly roger flying on the horizon. The Pirate ship is coming and looking to fire all the cannons and knock some red birds out of the sky. BUCTOBER!

I don't like baseball but, I grew up with the Sandy Koufax/Don Drysdale Dodgers. Those and the Lasorda years and they don't need to go back to Brooklyn!

Put the Dodgers back in NY and send the Mets to CA. Classic baseball is awesome. You ever seen *61? It's a great baseball movie.

I've seen all the baseball movies and, yes, 61 was a great one. I was in Chicago on a boat in Belmont Shores marina the year of the last baseball strike. Walking distance to Wrigley. Didn't get to see a game but, I did see that storied venue.

Yeah I've got family that liver there and go to Cubs games all the time. Ernie Banks has even been to my uncle's house. He said he was the most down to earth guy he ever met and he was in complete awe of him. Thing is my uncle was VERY high in the military and worked in the Pentagon writing presidential reports and had full White House security clearance and trained troops in 55 countries but only Ernie Banks could make him feel star struck. That just shows how much the people of that city love that guy. He's sorta like the Cubs' Joe Greene.

Funny thing about Chicago. People, countrywide, remember the Ernie Banks', Ron Santos', Harry Careys of the world but would be hard pressed to name a White Sox player.

Yeah the only guy they ever had that I liked was Frank Thomas.
