Please don't compare Mike Tomlin to coach Noll. Chuck knew how to get the most out of all his players. MT finds excuses for lack of basic fundamentals.

 

How many Super Bowls did Noll make after all those great players from the 70s left?

 

16 years as the steelers head coach and where is the Tomlin coaching tree? That should tell you everything.
