can ot end on a safety?

    I would imagine so. Was watching the jets/vikings game and the viks qb was back in the end zone before making the game winning throw. It was sudden death time. Has ot ever ended on a safety (can't imagine it wouldn't count as a game winner)

    I think it can also end on a kick returned for a td too right?

    Any scoring play can end OT. The exception is a FG on the first possession
