Seriously disappointed in his play. He was never a great outside cornerback, but he was very good in the slot for us. I really felt Detroit misused him, but holy crap he’s been terrible this year. Now we’ve had Highsmith, Jackson, queen, heyward all mentioning to the press about guys not doing their job. Not giving their best effort etc. After watching Sutton play a human turnstile on that kelce touchdown I believe wholeheartedly they’re all pointing a finger at him. It will be interesting to see if bishop starts from here on out.

This came up elsewhere. It has to be Sutton, Kazee or Fitzpatrick. The problem with benching Sutton is that Bishop sucks.

Would you prefer someone that sucks, but gives everything or someone that doesn’t suck quite as bad and phones it in?

I tend to think it's not Minkah. He hasn't been the same player since his knee injury a couple seasons ago, so why wouldn't this have been called out since then? I think his issue is less about doing his job, and more about just having either lost a step or being afraid to get injured again. Besides, he made a lights-out play to stop a drive Wednesday, so I doubt its him.

My money is on the one change to the equation in the past month or so - Sutton. I remember saying when Beanie was starting to get picked on (badly) that things should get better when Sutton returns. The frustrations have boiled over since he came back.

Definitely not minkah. No he hasn’t had the splash plays we would like to see, but that’s more about how he’s being utilized than any fault of his.

If only the team had a coach or some one who had a defensive background even better if they were a secondary/db specialist of sumsort

If the Steelers could find a guy like that, who also wore RayBans at all all times, they could turn things around quick.

Let’s just keep ignoring what actually transpires on the field and whine about made up crap. How about actually contributing a well thought out intelligent thought for a change

Looks like Sutton has gone through some character changes and not for the better. He had that off field incident in Detroit and now he’s giving half ass effort on the field.

Heard that. Now he quietly sits in the corner by himself, not at all like he once was.

Seems like the guy is going through some serious stuff the last couple years. His head might not be in the game.

I mean he took off on the run only a few months ago. Safe to say the guy isn’t all there mentally right now. Wonder if it’s another CTE situation.

At least Bishop showed some ball skills getting some interceptions and his play did start to improve before Sutton came back.

You listened to the exact same thing I did. At one point they talked about him blitzing, but it looked as though he wasn’t actually supposed to blitz on the play.

    Looks like a c
looks like a complete break down in communication. Three guys blitzing on the right side. An experienced QB will pick that apart all day
