Ok Stupid question here. Did his dog kill something, or did he kill a dog.

i think Dog on Dog would be a civil case, and not criminal case against the owner, unless the dog has a history of violent attacks.

Expect Goodell to slap a 4 game suspension on Austin's dog. Dog violence will not be tolerated.

It appears his dog killed another “domestic” animal

It is a summary offense non traffic

Kind of like a speeding ticket but not driving

Potential small fine and 90 days in jail which is unlikely

But the disposition of the dog will be in question

I am just frustrated Khan is basically doing a redo of last year in doing absolutely NOTHING for a real WR2.

    3 things can be true.

    1. This has nothing to do with Mike Tomlin

    2. People who can’t control their dogs and allow other people or dogs to be hurt, do not deserve to be pet owners. The responsibility of owning a pet extends beyond our own pet to the community at large. If a dog is well trained and loved at home, it is unlikely to be violent. And if it still is, then it should be humanely put down.

3, Why in the world am I seeing ads for Customs and Border Patrol? That is close to the very bottom of federal law enforcement work. People who work for CBP are the people who have been turned down by the CIA, FBI, ATF, Postal Inspector and even the DEA. There is an absolute pecking order to federal law enforcement and CBP is above only prison guard.

Not killed, thankfully, just injured the other dog. Seems he is being charged for failing to secure his dog.

If you own a Pit, have to do better keeping them from getting loose.

Is there a leash law in the state or city? This would make sence why he was given a ticket.

I don’t know. I was thinking his dog escaped his property but you could be right, maybe he was walking him off leash. That would be really dumb and irresponsible of him.

It can be both, if an animal is secured by fence Etc, and somehow escapes the enclosure the owner is still responsible, but intent might be looked at in criminal perspective.

    From what I can find....

CA3 was cited with failure to control his dog that attacked another animal unprovoked.

He could be fined up to $800.

Even if found guilty it would not evoke the NFL personal conduct code.

The court date is set for September 8th.

CA3 has not been practicing due to an abdominal injury. Not because of the legal issue.

I didn’t see anything about the severity of the injury or a timeline for recovery. Only that it’s an abdominal injury
