BUSINESS UPDATE

Update time! Me and the wife made it through another month in the cleaning business. Gained a few new residential jobs, apartments not taking off like i thought it would.
Went to a realtor meeting last Tuesday, they said they loved me, lol. We got put on their vendor list. They are needing vacation rentals and new house clean ups. Plus already got a job power washing a house, which i did Monday!
Its been 6 months, making enough to live on. My business accountant said my books look good. We will keep praying that more work comes our way! Thats all for now!

 

Keep your eyes and ears open for new opportunities and expansion of your services. Eventually look into merging with/taking over the competition. I know a lot of successful business folks who played Monopoly with their competition and just kept on expanding by absorbing competition and gaining new clientele. Don't ask me exactly how that's formally done and financed (need an Esq behind your name for that) but I've seen it done many times over. Shaving the boss in the morning never gets old.

Keep at it. Most businesses take awhile. I pray it works for You.

 

Just signed a contract for cleaning clubhouse in a housing community tonight!

A lot of work my friend trying to secure contracts! You never know if your bid is going to be too high, a lot of things to think about.
We are trying to hire good people to help, which at this point in time is difficult. Trying to take some of this workload off my wife.

 

I promise..... I hope, and pray it works out. I said I had a buddy that does it in Ft. Smith, and has done very Well for himself. He said the biggest problem once He got going was hiring people He could trust.
