BUSINESS UPDATE TIME

Well we made it through the year. Meaning still have my house, which is a good thing. December didn’t pan out that great financially, co owner, da wife, was sick for 2 weeks, beginning to think she is allergic to me. But, I lucked up to make back some of the difference by getting a concrete job.
Hopefully the commercial work starts picking up for us, as I have reached out to a couple of realtor companies. Just a bit anxious to see how taxes are going to play out. My financial advisor said we are going to be fine. Still nervous.
We will continue to pray to the Lord above to give us the guidance and strength to lead us in the right direction. I will keep you updated, i doubt we will ever be in the Forbes top 500.

Im gonna tell you, this is sooo awesome not punching a clock everyday. Thank you for the advice, hopefully with the grace of the Lord we both stay healthy and continue to work. Happy New Year’s!

 

Its been awhile since last update! We are still in business.
Got calls from 2 different realty companies, that are going to put us to work! Woohoo! Goal is to keep getting commercial and realtor work and get rid of some residentials, more money involved.
We locked up a contract in December cleaning a clubhouse in a housing community. They approached us last week, asking us to give a bid on cleaning bathrooms and showers at their pool house. This will be every day. We sent bid last week, waiting on the board’s decision.
We are cleaning a rental on the lake tomorrow for one of our new realty clients.
So far so good. It will be a year come May. Hopefully with prayers and hard work we can keep being successful. I also have 2 houses to power wash in May.

Don't stress too much on the taxes. If you have a halfway decent accountant, your business "lost" money last year, which you can write off your personal taxes. Glad things are looking up for you.

Dude, little update. We just got hooked up with 2 new realtors, cleaning rentals and vrbo. Plus i hooked up with apartments, I will be power washing starting Thursday.
Thank you Jesus. Hopefully we continue to get more and more commercial jobs. Wife is going over her residential clientele right now, seeing who she is dropping.
