I grew up in WNY. They get snow and lots of it, but I promise you there won’t be any on Sept 12. In fact it’ll more likely be 80 degrees.

We couldn’t even beat a warm weather Miami team in the snow, Buffalo would just laugh at it.

I pray we do but if we have a winning season this year, it will be an act of God with Divine Intervention as he hates our division rivals more than we do.

This is really the key to the season. They need a complete makeover in their offensive philosophy - motion, aggressive run blocking, heavier on the run attempts, and a vertical passing game sprinkled in. Kind of like the 2004 team, to be honest, albeit with a little more throwing.

If Ben has 600+ attempts again, I think it will be because things went off the rails with the above plan.

Lets be real, every game is a must win this season. This team and Ben always start slow. If their is any chance of a successful season they have to take this first AFC battle, AFC opponents and the division. Long shot on that happening but it's early and we haven't even begun seeing how this team will perform. I'm excited for the future players. Looking forward to see a true running attack again.

Time to take a few days at Latrobe this year.

Might make sense if it comes down to a head to head which it might with them although I'm sure they're predicted to do somewhat better than the Steelers.

Looking at the weather, starting Buffalo is a lot nicer than in Miami. So, that should be good.

Buffalo got cocky, they all fall, this might be their time.

Mirage. Just like 2017 and 13-3. Pretenders not contenders in the Tomlin era.

Laugh everyone, but I'm not sold on J. Allen.
1 good year doesn't make a Great Qb.

I'm sold that he is their franchise qb for the next ten years. Maybe not Mahomes but he should be great for the Bills.

    We shall see.
I believe that there is a coach named Bill Belicheat that may have something 2 say about that.
Heard this about Jared G, Mark Sanchez, Cam N, and others after a couple of ok years.
Some Qbs that people won't even admit 2 that they thought were great.
Takes more than a year, or 2 being good 2 make you a great Qb.
    Again. We shall see.

Chargers and Bills both have young franchise QBs that will be a force in the AFC for the next decade at least.

We shall see. I think I'd pick the Chargers Qb, over Bill's.
    Still . We shall see.

Whatever You think is up your alley. :smiley1:
Even though I'm not sold on either yet. Honestly it takes Me about 5 years on a QB 2 be convinced either way. LoL. It wouldn't surprise me 2 see both fall off this year.
What you got an Idea for?? Make it interesting :smiley1::thumbs_up:

I'm sold on the Chargers being buried in the AFCW standings. McDermott will give Dark Hoodie some trouble hopefully.

If i win, you have to buy the Chargers & find them a home...lol (kinda)
Let me stew on it S.T.D. :hmm:, what you got for stakes?

I will also think on it.
I already have stakes. Who ever loses has to always Quote the other on here for a month.....that's the Greatest Post ever after every post. LoL.
You want Tds , and Ints, or Wins? Maybe all 3???

If anything, we shall see how well Buffalo's Rushing Defense has improved. As formidable a unit as they were in totality, their Rushing Defens was ranked 20th for the entire 2020 season; 20th as well at home. They gave up 123.2 yards on the ground overall for that season; 121.5 yards at home for those interested.

*** All Stats Courtesy of Team Rankings ***

Given the fact that they added additional EDGE assistance and Gregoey Rousseau and Boogie Basham, this tells me that the Bills expect big things from Ed Oliver in 2021 despite the fact of not having a good 2020 season. Should Kendrick Green be the starter by then, it is going to be interesting to see what he can do against Ed Oliver. Quite the matchup indeed.

It is not going to be easy by any stretch. That said, I do believe that our team is better than it was last season. More importantly and, something that has not been discussed yet, anything can happen between today and the Steelers first game.

Stay tuned for nothing is set in stone.
