Bud and T J swapping sides

This was discussed before, but here is a recent article:

This is not going to end well. Watt needs to be at ROLB.

I give it 2 or 3 games and Watt will be back at ROLB.

 

What do you base that off of? (sincere curiosity)

 

I don't see it with Dupree at ROLB. He has trouble with most RTs in the NFL. And now he's going to go up against blindside LTs? We'll see. It don't seem like a good move on paper to me.

 

Smacks of desperation; they are clearly trying to save the Bud Dupree project, like they did the Jarvis Jones explosive diarrhea experient. These first round FAILS hurt badly for a long time. It's partly why the Browns, Jags, Jets et al have spun their wheels for so many years. You CAN'T miss on 1st round picks and build a contender.

 

I see where you are coming from. My thinking was being that he is right handed he might be more powerful coming from the right. I'm not saying that is the case with all football players, just my guess where Bud is concerned. You may be right since he will be going against the left tackle. I'm interested to see how it works out. Could be an equally bad move for Watt.

Is his right shoulder the one always injured? Also if Bud & Burns are both on the right side of the defense then I will have to agree.
