I like him when he's making catches like the TD yesterday, but I don't think they need him. A rookie outperformed him this season. If he makes any noise this off season, show him the door.

That rookie was a no show vs the Jags though.

Bryant has another year left on his contract. I doubt the Steelers trade him.

It's not like Bryant has a choice anyway, he's in for a rude awakening if he thinks he's a #1 WR.

I feel like everyone was a no show vs the Jags.

The offense scored 42 , the defense was a complete no show.

If I could package him for a draft pick or a defensive pass rusher I would.

That 42 doesn't mean a lot to me, borne of desperation. At 21-0 it became desperation football. Throw in a couple miracle TD catches on 4th and long (situational) and a TD at the end that didn't matter. V McDonald lead the team in catches, but I don't think he's better than the rest of the receivers. That's how I see it anyway.

Ben played good minus the turnovers, AB not fully healthy still torched the Jags. The defense gave them no help, no sacks no turnovers not enough stops on third downs.

If Bryant, JuJu, and Rogers get better, this will be the premiere WR corps in the league.

Now fire all of the D coaches, install a new system, a new strategy, with some new players in the middle of the D - SS, ILB, NT

He’s a good WR but can he let go of all the drama? Will he pout when he’s still not the #1 or #2 WR? I don’t think he’s shown he can but I guess we’ll see.

Bryant is still young. He has no choice though, he won't get traded. He has to go play good next year and hope he can get paid in FA by someone is the off season of 2019.

    They kept him contained.

Bryant, Brown, JuJu, Eli, Mcdonald are all weapons. I hope we keep them all. If 1 or 2 gets shut down, the next man is just as good.

He has no market value yet as he is one joint away from being kicked out of the NFL, so I`m sure he wants to stay. He has some value to us and was playing better down the stretch as you noted. We actually needed him when Brown was hurt. He should be a cheap insurance policy. I`m sure he wants to prove to the rest of the NFL he can go another year with no weed in his system and get himself at least some market value at that time.

Planning choreography for TD celebrations? At least that's what we heard going into the game.

Is he still under contract? If so, trade him for a safety!

    If not, so long...

I don't think they are getting a safety worth starting or any other great value for Bryant. He made some plays as the season went on, but he still needs to show more consistency and he is still at risk of a career-ending failed drug test.

That said, he clearly makes the Steelers better. He is a great compliment to Brown and Smith-Schuster. He can stretch a defense and he can turn short passes into big gains with his speed. With those three, McDonald and Bell, that's a hell of a lot of receivers to keep up with for any defense, which is one reason they managed to light up the Jaguars yesterday. You can write it off as desperation all you want, but the Jaguars knew they had to throw and move fast and they couldn't stop it.

I like your thinking Steelers need to think out of the box, and be aggressive in the draft.

Yea, we all know his days of bake, and he sucked much of the year AND he opened his stink hole...but since then, he's played better and tightened up his 'tude. Welcome back.

I think he was finally humbled after dropping balls early in the season and his failed attempt at KR. Add to his humbling was JuJu's performance.

Being kicked off the KR duties, I think was the switch mentally for him. Maybe changed his expectations to more realistic ones.

But I definitely would like to have him back. Still a great weapon.
