Browns Week Is Here!!!!

I was looking for a Browns game week thread but didn't see one. Sorry if this is a redundant thread.

The Browns have a pretty good WR group and Chubb is their workhorse. Last season we let Njoku light us up in one of the games. I also think Watson is a much better QB when he's 'on' than Lamar or Burrow. I do think we can hold this offense to under 30pts though. The bigger question is how many points can we score.

If we can continue to play well vs their edge guys, Garrett and Smith, I think we have a great shot running the ball. Their LBs are fast but I don't know how well they will do tackling Najee and Warren all game. I also like our receivers vs their DBs. If we can keep a clean pocket this week.

Should be another Steelers/Browns slugfest.

Every football team I have ever been a part of called the week leading up to the game "Whatever team we are playing next week" which translates to Browns week. All the team film study, practices, game plans, and installs are for the upcoming opponent.

I don't understand why you are giving Born2Steel such a hard time about something that is well known to anyone that knows and has played football.

 

The Browns are gonna run all over us (literally). Another 200 yards for Chubb and another episode of „can the steelers cumulate more than 5 scrimmage yards in the first half“ difficulty: impossible

 

I'm not ready to give Chubb a 200 yard rushing game. He is a very good RB and will be a handful though. Even with Cam out I like our front 7 vs the run. We'll see.

Who cares about the Browns. They are a perennial doormat, not a rival. They may think we are their rival but you have to be competitive to achieve that. Like Ravens Steelers.

Difference in the 49ers, and Browns Is .....We won't be destroyed by a passing attack, and We can focus more on the run.

The Browns do have a pretty good WR room. Watson was an accurate passer before his trouble. I don't discount their passing attack at all. I think we will need to be a complete defense.

 

While this is true, we no longer have Ben. I want to see it continue with Kenny.
