A bit reminiscent of SB XX. Bears defense is still better though.

I'm pretty sure the Seachickens could be called for pass interference on every play.

What's sad is the "knowledgeable" Seahawks fans will be shouting, "Dynasty" now.

Think he was just pointing out that I am not batting 1000....and for that...I hang my head in shame.

When you pick all the way to the 7th round...your percentages go down..:dancing:

I never claimed to be perfect...but I am right more than I am wrong.

and my signature is there so that the people that it fits....can SUCK IT ;)

EDIT: There was another board I was on...where almost everyone was knowledgeable and agreed on about 95% of everything....it was dying a slow death....because you need diversity and different thoughts to make things interesting....even if those thoughts are wrong.

I want to know how the 99 Ravens defense got into the Seahawks unis. These guys are GOOD.

I get sick and tired of every freaking talking head saying that the Seahawks "had a couple of calls that went against them" as a qualifier every time they refer to the Steelers-Seahawks Super Bowl! Buck just did it again!

Ha, I logged in to see if anyone else noticed that. I hate that that is now the narrative for that Super Bowl. Like if the vocal minority say it enough times it suddenly becomes true.

If you have time you might want to look at the stats on SB IX and see that the Steelers only gave up 6 points (on a blocked punt recovered in the end zone for the Vikings only points). They gave up 119 total yards to the Vikings (17 rushing and 102 passing). The Steelers had 5 takeaways in the game. I'm not drawing any comparisons of the Seattle defense and the Steeler defense of 74, but the performance of the Steel Curtain that day was as good as any SB defensive performance I've seen. I remember watching that game and really feeling proud of that defense. It was a long time ago, I was only 30. But I'm glad I saw it.

Once Wilson gets a big contract their roster will change quite a bit. It's hard to build dynasties these days.

That's the NFL now, almost any team has a shot any year but maybe no true dynasties. You just have to have it all come together at the right time and you can win it all. How many of the Super Bowl winners of the last 10 years were a team that just got hot at the right time? now the Seahawks were pretty good all year but my point still remains. They were fortunate to have enough late pick players pan out but soon they are going to have to get paid and then you can only afford so many of them.
