that is true. the whole league knows this too, his weakness', that is.

I don't think he can do what you suggest he does.

I suppose / hope better QB play + better OC play calling can make the oline look better. that is WE ALL are hoping for.

Its a testament to how bad our tackle play has been that Moore has lasted as a starter for so long. We've drafted OT's in the first round of the last two drafts, and Moore's contract is up at the end of this season. The writing is on the walls.

The OL will look better over time. We have a ton more talent on the line than in years past, its just young. It will take a bit of time to reap the rewards, but it will come in time.

Moore, Chuks, and Cole are all simply just bad players. Replacing all of them with first and second round picks is going to pay dividends down the road. It won't happen week 1 or anything, but the additions of Frazier and Fautanu and Jones progressing during the season should put us firmly in the right direction.

Some of that falls on a coach who places a higher value on heart, determination, and drive over performance on the field. I don't think it's Tomlin specific it might be more the culture the team has worn into stone. Max Stark was a very likeable player and a huge man who had the good fortune to have Ben as his friend. He kept his job a lot longer than more talented players. AV again huge man, athletic, honorable gave his best every down but was average at best, no one was confusing him for Hutchinson or Thomas, yet he too had Ben watching his back. Now it's Moore being average and the team hasn't made the tough decision. Thank him for all he has done and give him a clipboard.
