Great ending. I'll probably think over it some more for the next day or two, but pretty satisfying.

 

Outstanding! Totally makes up for spending 4 hours in the mother of all dive bars watching yet another steelers loss.

 

Yeah, me too. I just kept telling myself, "well, at least Breaking Bad is on tonight."

Just finished watching this series over the last couple of months. I really enjoyed the show, although I do question some of the things that went down in this final season. I really didn't expect Hank to die, but perhaps I should have. Walt seems to leave a lot of collateral damage around him.
Not sure I understand the reasoning behind Walt telling Jessie he watched Jane die. Unless he was just so angry at him that he wanted to hurt him as much as possible.
I was glad that Walt did the right thing in the end and save Jesse, and give Skylar an out with the location of Hank and Gomez.
I loved Skinny Pete and Badger as the snipers, and how quickly they were cool with doing it when Walt gave them each a wad of cash.

 

Wow, it's been awhile since I thought about the last episode of BB. I going on memory from a couple of years ago, but I seem to remember there being some discussion that Walt told Jesse about Jane because Jesse thought it was his fault and felt guilty, and Walt was confessing to take the guilt off of Jesse. I'd have to go back and re-watch it to see if that fits in at that point.

 

No Walt did it because Jesse had turned on him and became a rat. So he said it to just hurt him as much as possible. He knew that Pinkman couldn't do anything to him for it at that point so he just did it out of pure spite. That was one of the most awesome moments of the show for me.

 

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS SHOW... one of these days im gona get the box set..... on a slightly diff subject im in the mince of collecting all the Benny hill show, complete set

 

The thing that made the moment so awesome was the cowardice of Walt. He had just called Pinkman a coward for turning on him but then, knowing that he could say anything with immunity from harm, he drops that bomb on him. SO cold!
